Go for the real famous Cortaditos homemade style Cuban Sandwich, it's one of Charlestonians favorite, and named one of the best sandwiches by our followers . It's a combination of Bavarian ham, Swiss cheese, a touch of pickles, mustard and Cortaditos delicious Cuban marinated pork, a Cuban prepared like no other. These delicious Cubans, are pressed in Panini, which creates the sandwich into a hot and crusty delicious unforgettable sandwich on real Cuban bread, and lets not forget, comes with a delicious side of plantain chips,making an extraordinary combination that will fit perfectly to your palate.

Was born on the island of Cuba in 1964, at the age of two, him and his family immigrated to Spain where they remained for ten months, they then left to the United States where he grew just like any other normal American kid would. Residing in the state of New Jersey, Manny would watch and ask both his mother and father how they prepared and cooked different meals, at the age of 14, Manny, curiously began cooking rice, fried plantains, Spanish omelettes and various types of breakfast, even learning how to cook a whole pig on Christmas Eve, since then, he has taken profound interest in cooking. In 1978 he moved to South Florida with his family, taking the City of Miami as their new home. While living in Florida, Manny worked in his parents pharmacy for
over twenty years earning vast experience in the pharmacology field. By the end of 2014, Manny and Lisbeth decided to visit some friends in South Carolina, falling In love with the City of Charleston and it's surrounding towns, they decided that Charleston was their next home. Manny has brought his culture and knowledge of
 cooking with intentions of satisfy his customers, through ways of sharing his culture, customs, and the flavors of both Cuba and Latin American.

Lisbeth hernandez guiza

Lisbeth was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela, while living in Venezuela, she studied Architectural Design and Fashion Design, and gained experience in the family clothing fashion business. In 1993, Lisbeth and her parents emigrated to the multicultural city of Miami, she continued expanding her knowledge; studying Interior
Designing, Graphic Designing as well as Chinese Astrology (Feng Shui) while accumulating over 17 years of work experience.

Lisbeth also has another side of her, she characterizes her self as being a hostess, serving her guests, and preparing sandwiches with a delicious Cuban coffee, typical of Miami, as well as, a cortadito, a cafe con leche, and even as simple as a cappuccino, as well as enjoying good sounds of music that makes anyone want to dance and sing.

Having a strong entrepreneurial will and spirit, she decided with her partner Manny to bring their cultures and traditional seasonings to the heart of Charleston.
